Lowe's Home Improvement

VERY disappointed in the customer service at this specific Lowe’s. I’ve probably came three times in the past year alone and everytime someone “helps”, they vanish. Need help unloading something? “Sorry sir we’re short staff everyone called out.” For everything i had to do there shoot I felt like I was an employee my dang self. It is what it is I guess right? Be better. -Greg, Trey, and Auston.

Great friendly staff. They generally have what I need. The return process is easy and nearly seamless. I have tried the online order, which lets you pick it up in person or curbside. It is generally slow, and it's just better to go in and get the items. That is the only general critique that I have. B+ overall.

I had the best experience at this Lowe’s with the store manager, Ryan, and appliance associate, Richard. They were beyond helpful, patient, and overall kind. I went in with the expectation of my issue not being resolved, and they changed my entire perspective. A huge thank you to both of them. Superb customer service!

Poor customer service. Received a Lowe's home delivery today from Lowe's store Montgomery AL. Some of the flooring that was delivered was damaged and opened. I was told this store had over one hundred boxes and my order was for fifty nine boxes so why would they give me damaged boxes. Terrible customer service.

Don't order something for "same day delivery" from this store, especially if you live in an apartment complex. I guess their driver / delivery person was feeling especially lazy the morning I ordered something from Lowes for "same day delivery" and dropped the order at a random door in my building instead of actually looking for my door. Thankfully, they took a picture of the door because it gave me an idea of where the totes were and I was able to retrieve them. When I called the store I was forwarded to the 1-800 number. The customer service person who answer the phone didn't really seem to care and was just going to "send a report to their supervisor". No, I want my delivery fee returned to my card and a report made to the local store so they could coach that driver on making sure things are delivered to the correct address. I ended up calling the store again and bullying their automated system until it finally let me talk to a real person. I was sent to 2 different people before someone at the commercial delivery desk promised to send an email to fulfillment. I'm awaiting their call now. What a crazy run around for something that was totally their mistake. I'll NEVER o
